Yes. All our frameless glass pool fencing is designed to comply with AS 1926.1-2012 (the Australian Standard for swimming pool safety barriers), and our glass is independently tested and certified by a NATA-accredited laboratory. We recommend consulting with your local council for any site-specific requirements.

Yes. Every range we sell — glass, Perfmesh, Blade and Flat Top — is designed to comply with the relevant Australian Standards, including AS 1926.1, AS 1288 and AS 2208, and is built from marine-grade stainless steel hardware and durable powder-coated aluminium, backed by our 10-year manufacturing warranty. Final compliance always depends on your installed configuration (ground surfaces, gaps, gate operation and non-climbable zones), so it's still worth checking site-specific requirements with your local council.

We use 12mm toughened safety glass as standard across our frameless pool fencing range. This meets the minimum Australian safety requirements for glass pool barriers.

Measure the total linear metres of fencing required around your pool barrier. Our online calculator breaks it down by section — you can input each run separately, including any gates, raked ground sections, or wall-to-glass configurations. If you get stuck, give us a call and we'll walk you through it.

We ship Australia-wide. At checkout you can choose Standard shipping ($90, estimated 2–8 business days) or Express shipping ($150, estimated 1–4 business days), both from date of dispatch. Larger fencing orders are often delivered by pallet freight, and the carrier may contact you to arrange a suitable time. Add your items to the cart to see exact shipping costs and timeframes for your address.

Please inspect your delivery as soon as it arrives — especially glass panels — before the driver leaves where possible. If anything is damaged, contact us within 48 hours at admin@clickfencing.com.au or 0497 701 834 with your order number and photos, and don't install the damaged item. We'll arrange a replacement, repair or refund at no cost to you.

Yes. We offer a full supply-and-install service. Once you've placed your order, our team will contact you to schedule a suitable installation date.

Most standard residential installations are completed within a single day. Larger or more complex projects may require an additional day. We'll give you a more accurate timeframe once we've reviewed your order details.

Absolutely. Our DIY supply option comes with all the components you need. We recommend having at least two people for glass panel installation. If you're unsure about any step, our team is available by phone or email for guidance.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as bank transfer for larger orders. All online payments are processed securely through Shopify's payment gateway.

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. Orders that have not yet been processed or cut to size can generally be modified. Custom-cut glass orders may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun.
