10-Year Warranty

Clickfencing stands behind the quality of every product we supply — including frameless glass panels, aluminium and perforated fencing, gates, and hardware and fittings — covered against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.

What Is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects — any fault in materials or workmanship present at the time of manufacture
  • Structural failure — panels, posts, gates, or fittings that fail structurally under normal load and intended use
  • Powder coat and finish — significant peeling, flaking, or premature deterioration of the powder coat finish not caused by external damage or improper maintenance
  • Corrosion and rust — abnormal corrosion or rust that occurs under normal environmental conditions and proper installation

What Is Not Covered

  • Damage caused by improper installation not carried out in accordance with Clickfencing's installation guidelines
  • Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accident, or unauthorised modification
  • Normal wear and tear, surface scratches, or minor cosmetic blemishes
  • Damage caused by exposure to abnormal environmental conditions, including direct saltwater spray in coastal or marine environments beyond standard residential proximity, chemical exposure, or extreme impact
  • Glass breakage caused by external force or impact
  • Products that have been cut, welded, or modified after delivery
  • Consumable components such as rubber seals, gaskets, and brushes
  • Costs associated with removal, reinstallation, or access to the product for warranty assessment

Warranty Eligibility

This warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase (tax invoice or order confirmation) is required to make a warranty claim.

How to Make a Claim

  1. Contact us at admin@clickfencing.com.au with your order number and a description of the issue
  2. Provide clear photographs of the defect or failure
  3. Our team will assess your claim and respond within 5 business days
  4. If the claim is approved, we will arrange repair, replacement, or an agreed resolution at our discretion

Clickfencing reserves the right to inspect the product prior to approving any warranty claim. Where a product must be returned for assessment, we will advise on the appropriate process at the time of the claim.

Australian Consumer Law

This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
