EnduroShield Coated Clear Toughened Glass Pool Gate Panel, 8mm thickness x 1200mm height. Australian Standards AS1288, AS2208 and AS1926 compliant.

The coated partner to our standard 8mm gate leaf, so a fence built from EnduroShield coated panels gets a coated gate to match. It pairs with the Polaris S155 soft close hinges, which are made for 8mm gates, and with a 20mm mag bolt latch. Hinges and latch are sold separately so you only pay for the hardware you choose.

Sold as a single gate panel, supplied pre-drilled — two holes for each hinge on the hinge edge, and two holes for the latch on the opposite edge.

Materials and care

Toughened safety glass — 12mm, to AS1288 and AS2208, NATA certified. Wash with warm water, a mild detergent and a soft cloth. Never use abrasive pads or scourers.

Powder-coated aluminium — rinse with fresh water every few months, and more often near the coast where salt builds up. A mild detergent lifts anything the hose leaves behind.

Stainless steel, 316 and G2205 marine grade — rinse with fresh water. Light surface tea staining is normal in coastal air and is not corrosion of the steel itself; a proprietary stainless cleaner removes it and restores the finish.

Avoid pool chemicals splashing onto hardware, abrasive cleaners, and steel wool, which leaves particles behind that rust and stain.
