    The parts needed to re-frame a PerfMesh panel that has been cut down to length.

    A standard PerfMesh panel kit is framed on all four sides. When a panel is cut to suit a run that does not divide evenly into 2 or 3 metre panels, the cut end has no frame — so it needs a new set of vertical stiles, the channel that fixes them to the post, and the caps and screws to finish them.

    Contains, per cut panel:

    • 2 × 38×38×1105mm perforated pool fence frame
    • 2 × 38×38×1105mm perforated pool fence cover clip
    • 2 × 1185mm perforated pool fence mounting channel
    • 2 × channel caps
    • 30 × wafer self-drilling stainless steel screws (10g-16×16)

    Supplied in Satin Black, Monument or White to match the panel. Sized for the 1185mm fence height.

    Materials and care

    Toughened safety glass — 12mm, to AS1288 and AS2208, NATA certified. Wash with warm water, a mild detergent and a soft cloth. Never use abrasive pads or scourers.

    Powder-coated aluminium — rinse with fresh water every few months, and more often near the coast where salt builds up. A mild detergent lifts anything the hose leaves behind.

    Stainless steel, 316 and G2205 marine grade — rinse with fresh water. Light surface tea staining is normal in coastal air and is not corrosion of the steel itself; a proprietary stainless cleaner removes it and restores the finish.

    Avoid pool chemicals splashing onto hardware, abrasive cleaners, and steel wool, which leaves particles behind that rust and stain.
